"What The" 是 Nike 旗下非常經典的主題配色，透過注入各種鮮豔色彩，建構出繽紛且與眾不同的美感。起初 "What The" 是應用在 Nike SB 鞋款當中，後續延伸至籃球鞋款上，其中在 2013 年品牌便推出 Nike Kobe 8 System Premium "What The Kobe" 配色版本，採用個別一隻不同色彩的「鴛鴦鞋」設計打造，眾多色調呈現在如「蛇鱗」般的鞋面紋路，形塑搶眼十足的既視感，是至今 Nike Kobe 球鞋系列中最具特色的配色款式之一。
